Through seven interactive training modules, participants will respond to reaction films, discuss complex ethical research issues, and practice skills for enhancing recruitment, retention, informed consent, and the development of community partnerships. Up to 30 participants will be selected to participate. Applications from post-doctoral fellows, faculty, researchers, research coordinators, and IRB members are encouraged.
